What does an enterprise or coach-community license actually include?
Site-wide seats for firms, or a branded sub-portal for educator and coach communities with member-level authentication. Enterprise tiers add the full StrategyLab module, the Sharia-compliance asset filter (already adopted by 1,800+ Muslim-majority-region traders), dedicated colocation routing through NY4 and LD4, and a named relationship lead. Pricing is per-seat with volume breaks; there are no per-symbol or per-data-feed surcharges.

How do you deliver data, and what is the real latency?
Market data is delivered via colocated servers in NY4 (Secaucus) and LD4 (London), with a 127ms median tick-to-display latency measured end-to-end from exchange feed to browser. Our 14 proprietary scanners and the 1.2M+ contract options Greeks calculator refresh on the same engine — 250ms for options Greeks, under 200ms for scanner output. Direct feed, REST, and WebSocket export are available for ingestion into your own OMS or risk stack.

What SLAs and uptime guarantees do you commit to?

Enterprise contracts carry a contractual 99.95% SLA with service-credit backstop, scheduled-maintenance windows published 14 days in advance, and a status page your NOC can subscribe to via webhook. Typical enterprise onboarding runs 14 calendar days: Day 1–3 SSO/SCIM and identity integration, Day 4–7 seat provisioning and entitlement mapping, Day 8–10 compliance and DLP review, Day 11–14 pilot trading and sign-off. Coach and educator partnerships follow a 7-day light track.
